By creating an account or otherwise accessing Leef's Rotation (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that all information you provide, including for age and identity verification, is accurate. Leef's Rotation reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account it cannot verify meets this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per person; impersonation or creating duplicate accounts to evade a suspension is prohibited.
By using Leef's Rotation, you agree to:
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination, at our discretion, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, messages, profile media, etc.). By posting content, you grant Leef's Rotation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform. You are solely responsible for content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.
Rotations (communities) may be public or private. Private Rotations require Curator/Guardian approval for new members. Curators and Guardians are responsible for enforcing their Rotation's rules within these Terms, and Leef's Rotation reserves the right to override, remove, or dissolve any Rotation that violates these Terms. Cyphers (live video sessions) are subject to the same conduct rules; hosts may moderate their sessions, and Leef's Rotation may end any session that violates these Terms.
Leef's Rotation offers a free tier (Verified Cypher) and paid subscription tiers (Premium Cypher, Founder Cypher, Elite Cypher), as described in the app. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. Founder-tier pricing, where offered, is locked in for as long as the subscription remains active and continuous; lapsing a Founder subscription may result in loss of the locked-in rate. Prices are subject to change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our discretion.
Leef's Rotation may offer referral rewards (including "Golden Cypher Passes" and tier status such as Elite Cypher or Ambassador) for inviting new, verified members. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the program. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
You may report or block other users as described in the app. We investigate reports at our discretion and may take any action described in Section 4, including permanent bans, without obligation to disclose investigation details to the reporting party.
The Leef's Rotation name, logo, "Cypher"/"Rotation" branding, and Platform design are the property of Leef's Rotation. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Leef's Rotation is a social networking platform only. It does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or any controlled substance, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as legal, medical, or dosage advice regarding cannabis or any substance. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEEF'S ROTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR AT ANY IN-PERSON EVENT OR MEETUP ARRANGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Leef's Rotation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You and Leef's Rotation each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
